Hamas Wins Big in Palestine

So the Palestineans voted into power(by majority) Hamas. They democratically elected these guys by popular vote. The United States views Hamas as a terrorist organization so this puts the US in a difficult position. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Democracy? What democracy? They just let in some thugs take over because they were scared. There was no vote and if there was one what happened to the few millions that our administration gave to Fattah so they can win? We want a refund.
There is no democracy unless we say so. This is a sham and we will not negotiate with a group of thugs that want to destroy our friend. I think this is an excellent opportunity to stop beating around the bush and sort out this problem once and for all. Let's stop all aid to those ingrates and watch them starve. Eventually they will finally leave which should complete the planned expansion and retention of what has been put off for a while.

Difficult situation? Seems quite simple to me. If hamas is a terroist organization and they voted terrorists in office, then they are a terrorist nation and must be destroyed!

Using numbers from 2001 there are about 3.3 million Palestinian's in Gaza and West Bank. There are an additional 1 million Palestinian's in Israel. So, basically, you want to wipe 4.3 million people off the face of the planet?

Maybe he meant Israel, since they've repeatedly elected admitted terrorists as their prime minister (Shamir, Begin, et al) and the U.S. has had no problem sponsoring them.

Oh did you interpret it like just wipe out the nation not the people? Please clarify what you understand...
