Looks like all the hatred is not by those on the right. You guys seem to harbor quite a bit of hatred. Too bad you just can't win a national election.

Didn't Clinton win two quite handily? [;)]

Of course, Gore did win as well, but Jeb saw to that. [:)]

Please keep on deluding yourself that Gore beat Bush. You have no facts to back that up. EVERY recount showed Bush as the winner. But ignore all that. Go with your gut. Let it keep twisting in your mind. Appeal to your move-on.org/ Michael Moore base. Keep moving ever more to the left. And keep posting to everyone how Gore really one.

Yes, Clinton did win, twice! But never polled even half of the votes cast. You did not hear the opposition want to overturn those elections, did you? ( Should have an ammendment that requires a majority of the votes?)

I must have missed the quote where he mentioned divorcing his first wife, his grown kids not talking to him and/or posing nude, him naming names of "Commies" in the disgusting MacCarthy hearings, or running up the biggest debt we've ever seen (inflation-adjusted, of course).

Maybe I contracted Alzheimer's when he did, in the first year of his second term, though. That might explain it.

What is with all of this Ronnie nostalga? He's not even dead long enough for us to forget his weaknesses. [:(]
Try looking at the newest info on the MaCarthy hearings. While maybe not conducted in the best manner the newest info is that his suspicions in general were correct.

How does ratting on people in Hollywood really make us safer? Oh, please.

Actually, the most painstaking research on the FL election did say that it was likely that Gore did win - you are right that every way that Gore tried to overturn it, he would have lost. Of course, that's not even mentioning the butterfly ballots that went to Buchanan that should have gone to Gore, or the turning away of black voters when the polls were still open. Yes, I do believe that Gore won - would I have wanted him in power on 9/11? I'm guessing no.

The Clinton wins weren't very close in the electoral college - do you think that you wouldn't have heard whining at least as loud if it were as close as the 2000 election, w/the Florida fiasco? Once again, please.

RE: Completly Off Topic yet Great Ronald Reagan Quotes

I can't say it there would have been whinning---But as there are some people as devoted to the republicans ( as opposed to conservatives) and the obtaining of power, I bet there would have been plenty.
However, not much from people who, like me, who pride themselves on being conservatives, and believe in playing by the rules. The rules are that the popular vote counts for very little, and the real vote is by the electoral college. As long as the rules aren't being changed in the middle of the game, I'm OK with the results.
I am at least a little suspicious of almost anyone who desires political office, but you can't vote for people who don't run.
