although it's probably identically underskin to the durango, it sure looks better.

first it was:
-Chrysler: "hmmm shit, we need to bring out a new big ass mafia sedan.
But hey! I have an idea! since we partners with MB..."
"Hey MB, can we use your stinky old 210 chassis and all the other crap to put under our mean nigga pimp mobile?"
-MB: "Sure you can, we're a bunch of stupid ass losers who don't know how to run this company anymore, but we do know how we could fuck up it's image and built Star-non-worthy cars! Go ahead!"

Edit: I apologize to everyone that has a 'new' style mb...

ill keep doing this.

hey 450 sel guy can i borrow that engine for my 450sl? mercedes shares as many parts as any other company.

how else do you explain c320, e320, s320, ml320 and an slk320?

what about the cl class as opposed to the sl class of vehicles?

the e classes and the e coupes(clk)

the 5cyl diesel engine in the 300d/sd are 4 cylinder 240d engines with an entra cylinder.

the 240d engine is a modified 220d engine.

the 220d engine is a modified 200d engine.

it keeps going. if you dont make use of what you have, how will you know where you need to go? i know that when i start a project(i work in the arts/design, so i know a bit about this) that i do not reinvent the wheel. i start with what i know and have done prior and i build on that. this is no different.

how many R&D dollars does it save to model a new model on the extant body/chassis? many, i am guessing. this product may even be the next minivan, dont you think? itll hold 3 rows of seats i am sure.

pt-t&c-this product-pacifica

that doesnt seem like too many models for the people-hauling segment. it'd give chrysler a real suv to compete with the trailblazers and explorers, the highlanders and the 4 runners. sounds like a product that may make sense. it fits right in with the newest models, whats the problem here?

This signature removed to protect the innocent.

Looks like they took the grille and lights from the T&C mini van and grafted them on the Durango.

It does have that 'breadbox on wheels' look to it.

Minivans suck. Everytime I make a delivery in the company van (a Chrysler something or other) I duck down real low, lest someone mistake me for a soccer mom. Oh the shame!
