All-New Volvo C70 T5

What do you guys think? I'm so into the 4-seat retractable thing. No one else has that.

I can't tell if it has head restraints that act in case of rollover, but as it's a Volvo, it must.

Also, $38,710. Wow.

I'm not feeling it.
I hate the name Volvo too. It's like driving a Pinis or something.

I fear the lack of refinement. All but one Volvo I have ever driven rattled like a bunch of bowling balls left in the back of a box van while negotiating a slalom.

Its a Volvo [xx(][xx(][xx(][xx(]

People who drive Volvos do so 'cause they need to.

BTW, what about the Citroen 'Pluriel'? (not that I like it much)

I had the misfortune to borrow a new 960 Turbo wagon for a few weeks(known as 'jooks' or 'jew canoes' in North London)quite a few years back and for an expensive 'quality' car,I have never driven such a piece of utter crap.
Volvo drivers seem to be so wrapped up in their own safety that they exhibit very little regard to other road users. They are the sworn enemy of bikers over here. They also seem to have a penchant for wearing hats whilst driving.[xx(]

They must get given one when they buy the 'car'. They have a penchant for them over here too.

Take a 4 seater convertible + peoples cargo + retractable top = not enough trunk room....

It's a Ford, I don't want to even look at it.

Actually, this is what we thought. But isn't that true of SLK, Lexus SC, etc as well? With the C70, I'm thinking I can put the top down and have one rear-seat passenger wedged in between the bags. Anyway the back seat is for a dog [:p]
