How convenient! I guess you're gonna suck this BS in too?
You believe it is false. Why?
Gee,I don't know! The timing for one seems like a wild card being played.
So because the timing appears more than coincidental, you hypothesize a conspiracy to plant and reveal weapons in the desert?

To assume that you must assume that the soldiers of the 101st are as corrupt as you assume the Executive is.

I hope Democrats adopt your distrust of the military as a political tactic.

Bot
No,they're just following orders.I bet those of the 101st that found them are E5's and up too.Actually,I bet a lot of brass is behind this "FIND" also!
Ah, so anybody E-5 and above is probably corrupt. Please, please get Howard Dean to adopt this perspective.

Twist my word's all that you want[:)]Time will tell!

You believe that all the people that would have been involved in the "cover up" could/would keep it secret why?

25 year gag order for those enlisted in the armed forces. Not doing so constitutes treason.A motivator?

What gag order? That is just plain ill-informed.

If one is involved in LEGAL clandestine operations and/or works with special means and methods one signs an agreement not to disclose those things. But it only applies to LEGAL things. There is no protection for illegal activity. Quite the opposite. Failure to reveal illegal activity can get you jailed.

Even so, most things leak, anyway. Especially if controversial. I guarantee if this were smelly it would leak.

Do you think all soldiers E-5 and above are mind-numbed Republican operatives?

Sure there is a gag order if you have a top secret security clearance!

And there you go again, twisting my words! What I said
is I bet only NCO's (E-5 and up) were there during the find.No PV1,PV2,PFC,Spec4!And of course the brass!

All officers are unreliable and disloyal, as well as enlisted E-5 and above?

It doesn't matter what sort of clearances one has, a security clearance does not give permission for a soldier (airman, sailor, marine) to violate the UCMJ. In fact, exactly the opposite. It is a crime to use security clearance to HIDE a crime.

Do you allege a crime has been committed? If so, on what evidence?

RE: 101 Finds Arms Cache In Iraq

This is being stretched out of proportion and becoming relatively a relatively meaningless sequence of posts. Sounds like some weapons stash has been found of the variety that is being used to arm insurgents from outside Iraq. That is good news. To spin it into a WMD equivalent find, or evidence of our NATO allies involved in active support of the insurgents against the United States is worthy of a FOX News headline, but it is fiction pure and simple.

I think there are probably legal weapons sales to countries not in NATO who might be inclined to provide such weapons to parties supporting the insurgents from outside Iraq. I also think it should not be beyond the reasonable interpretation of such activities to include that there might be recent burying of such weapons grants by insurgents.

Since these weapons are used to kill Americans and what appear to be random, innocent Iraqis by the insurgents, IT IS A GOOD THING THEY WERE DISCOVERED. That sounds good enough to me, and lets hope we are onto something here that will be exploited to make the area safer for our forces over there, and the general Iraqi population. Jim
