"Facilitated"? The Arnie just refused to get in the way of 25 years of court decisions. That's hardly facilitating.
I'll use smaller words, then. He "chose" to not save Tookie's life, when he had the power to do so. Also called killing him. Playing nicey nice with the wording doesn't change what was done. Not that I disapprove of killing him, mind you.

2002 Ccoupe, not as good as others, apparently

They just renamed a stadium in Austria, that was named after Arnold.

I just wish the Crips and Bloods would start large gangs over there
and started shooting the hell out of themselves
and anyone in the vicinity.

See how forgiving they are after a few years of that
Golly gee, maybe if the Europeans abhor our vile execution of criminals, they should volunteer to maintain our death row prisoners in European life sentences. Lets do a reverse Australia and colonize Europe with our death row inmates!

It's very strange that the USA keeps the death penalty as a deterent to murder and the rest of the rich countries don't - but the USA's murder rate is much higher than any other rich country regardless.

Why do you want the US to be outdone by the Saoudis or Talibans??? Hey look they use humane killing methods instead of the sword, you know there is killing and then there is killing, they are not all the same...
Do you think when a murderer is about to kill someone he is thinking of capital punishment? Do you think that a potential killer would stop because there is such a thing? "Killing is highly coupled to society problems not to the form of existing punishment" This could be a nice hypothesis to figure out...

Are you speaking of Monaco, Liechtenstein and similar postage stamp sized monarchies?
Surely you can figure out the answer to that. Keep in mind also that we have been admitting the worlds refuse for a number of decades. All you had to be was tired, poor and huddled in a mass, whatever that means. Ask France, they'll tell you all about it.

I find it rediculous to claim that Arnold facilitated Tookie's death. The court system sentenced him to death, not Arnold. It's like chosing a person off the street and saying, "Hey, sentence this man to death, or let him stay in prison for the rest of his life, eventhough the court found him guilty. Oh, and if you chose the sentence of death....well....you facilited his death, eventhough you had nothing at all to do with his case." This is the situation Arnold was put in. Kind of rediculous don't you think? I mean, to have someone claim his a cold blooded killer or facilitator to someone's death that he had nothing to do with? Blame the court and judge if you have such a problem.

I am speaking about every OECD country and most other rich ones, including postage stamp sized monarchies. How does the size of a nation matter in any case?

I completely agree. I think you Europeans are justified in being contemptuous of all things American.

You guys should teach us a lesson in compassion and assume complete control over the abused, neglected, ignored and unjustly jailed murdering motherfuckers we intend to execute. Everytime we're about to execute one, why not offer to take responsibility for one yourself? We could arrange a sort of foster care for America's oppressed and downtrodden. I strongly suggest you show-up in Huntsville before they execute another poor soul. Be the first man in Monaco to show-up those insensitive, boorish Americans.

If not for the U.S. and Russia,
all of Europe would be driving Benz's now.
( or at least Volkswagens )

Better stop dissing us,
or we'll let the Chinese take you over.
