Paul English was also featured on Tucker Carlson (MSNBC) to discuss this topic. The list is very useful, use it all the time.

Thanks, D.

RE: Phone assistance cheatsheet

That's an awesome list. I used to find myself spending 15 minutes just getting through all the menu options and finally getting to someone. Sometimes it redirects me to the main menu and I have to start the whole process.

2002 Mercedes-Benz ML320 (sold)
2011 Chrysler Town & Country
2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid
2003 Yamaha V-Star 650 Classic
2002 Jaguar X-Type 2.5

The company I work for uses UPS to ship meds. They screw up all the time. Whenever I call their new voice line I start saying things like "I want a fucking operator---NOW!" and "DHL is looking really good now.....". I swear I get through faster.

someone told me a while back no matter who it is, just jam their line by pressing 0 repeativley and it will ultimately take you to a live person. since then I've tried it several times and it always works.

good info!
