Shabah, you approve of executing prisoners of war, then? Check out the Battle of Hattin, 1187. The bound captives were beheaded in accordance with 47:4.

I don't aprove of the executions but you have to put it in context too, just prior to that the cruissaders did worse, they executed and even ate some people to scare the rest. This is a true fact. In the end, Salah Al Din was honored in his death by Lion Heart himself... That was a time when foes respected each other no matter how savage the world was.
