Stupid-ass warning labels thread

My wife was looking for some varnish in the hobby store to go over acrylic paint. On the bottle was this label:

This product contains a chemical known to cause birth defects in the state of California.

OOOkaaay! I told her to buy it since we didn't live in California.[:o)]

RE: Stupid-ass warning labels thread

its no warning label but...

i once bought a bootleg sound card to put in my moms friends computadora.

the instructions were in the most perfect engrish ever.

"pleased to save screw for to need in reconstruct."

when the machine was powered on, the sound card caught on fire and ruined the processor card above it.

its no wonder i switched to apple machines.

This signature removed to protect the innocent.

RE: Stupid-ass warning labels thread

Received email some time ago that listed quite a few of the stupid product warning labels.

Couple of them that stuck to my mind:

A hair dryer
"Do not use while sleeping"

Iron
"Never iron clothes on the body"

.
.
.
.

馬鹿は死ななきゃ治らない。

Attatched to the cord by an almost impossible to remove label on my wife's curling iron:
Do not use while submerged in water!
