RE: Germanstar

Nonesense it was great dealing with Germanstar, I got my parts in two days and nicely packed.
There is bound to always be someone not happy about something. Personally I will be buying from Germanstar from now on. At least I know who I am dealing with.

RE: Germanstar

Let's be careful not to prejudge this event. I don't know Germanster personally, but I can say that as a businessman wh has delt with a client base before, some customers are unwilling to be reasonably satisfied regardless of any goodwill attempt.

I have received messages from Germanstar on this, and other, boards where we fundamentally disagree on the subject. When others were insulting and callow, G chose reason and diplomacy.

That is all I have to say about this. Now kiss my bummy, Ron.[:D]

RE: Germanstar

From the thread it looks like the guy ordered an electronic part, when he took it in the mechanic told him it was something else. I don't know what Ron's policies are, but most of the smaller online businesses I've dealt with don't permit refunds on anything, much less electrical stuff, and they tell you that as well as part of the sales transaction. Having not ordered anything from Ron I don't know if the sales transaction makes that clear -- or doesn't.

At any rate, I agree with Azimuth: "some customers are unwilling to be reasonably satisfied regardless of any goodwill attempt."

Well, if we're going to off-topic an off-topic thread based on a name...

Umm, so is his name “Ron Parker? I used to like a girl whose last name is “Parker when I was back in college. Well there a lot of people whose last name is “Parker. Anyhow, she had (still has) white 300 SEL. bd[:)]

Guitarist/songwriter/producer Ray Parker, Jr. had hits as Raydio (the million-selling Jack and Jill, You Can't Change That); Ray Parker Jr. and Raydio (Two Places at the Same Time, A Woman Needs Love [Just Like You Do]"); Ray Parker Jr. (the number one R&B and pop gold single Ghostbusters), and co-wrote hit songs for Rufus and Chaka Khan (the number one You Got the Love from fall 1974) and Barry White (You See the Trouble With Me from spring 1976).

I think Ray Parker, Jr. has or had a MBZ at one time or another. [;)][:D]

(Sorry, D, I couldn't resist...)
