Is there a need? There doesn't seem to be any disagreement about what is said within it amongst rational folks. The only thing that even comes close to what you said, if I remember correctly, is that they "found evidence of weapons of mass destruction related activities." I'm not sure you can get much more vague and general than that. What the hell does it mean? It's certainly not definitive and is certainly far shy of your claim. And its miles away from the reconstituted nuclear weapons and stockpiles of nerve gas claimed by the admin.
Evidence of weapons of mass destruction related activities is hardly a threat. It means they found something that they suspect might have been related to WMD. Not very scary or surprising.
It's just political cover BS. Kay refused to go along with it, and quit. Bush then stuck yes-man Dueffler in there to just say something that would cover his ass. It's meaningless BS.
Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.
