I’m kind of waiting for new Madonna “Hung Up.
It’s due this Tuesday.

I don’t understand why you guys don’t like rap.
I like rap music. Precious owner installed Sony + JVC sound system. It is the combination of speakers, cassette deck w/ 10 cd changer in the trunk, amp, etc. I guess the system pushes around 250 ~ 300w. With this system, sometimes rap music is really pounding.

Oh, occasionally I like to listen radio. I am thinking about getting’ Satellite one. God, Howard Stern is my favorite tune when I go to work in the morning.

If you ever get stoned, the Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds Live At Luther College double album is fantastic. It is one of my favorite discs ever. Tim Reynolds' guitar playing is amazing. I've listened to that album hundreds of times and I'm blown away by every song, every time.

Yo La Tengo---Prisoners of Love---great for long drives or just chillin'. (Or getting stoned.Hehe)

Beck---Mutations, Sea Change---if all you remember of Beck is that silly piece of crap song Loser then you are missing out. He's a bit manic with his albums--one will be slow, melancholy songs, the next will be uptempo and crazy, but all very good.

Most popular rap sounds really stupid to me. However, I've always been fond of BDP, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu Tang Clan, and Outkast. They usually rap about more than how many bitches they have or how many cars they're flossin'.

EDIT: I forgot Miles Davis' Kind of Blue.
Oh how I enjoy smoking some and listening to some quality tunes.

Yes I think it's an excellent idea to have a backup of all the cd's I have purchased stored away from my condo in case of a fire or natural disaster.
