RE: why do people live in trailers?

From the home office in Coffeyville, Kansas....

Top 5 reasons why people live in trailers:

5. Can watch the sunrise and sunset without getting out of your chair.
4. When the neighbors vote you off the island you can move really easy.
3. It is the only way you could convince your wife to have a CB radio in your home.
2. It makes weather watching more interesting

... and the number one reason....

1. Can get a beer out of the refridgerator while sitting on the crapper. [:D]

RE: why do people live in trailers?

I met some people who lived in a trailer in Wisconsin once. I drank alot of beer and pretended I was a foreman on a construction site. It was fun.

This secondary thread ties in nicely with the primary Walmart discussion. Now all we need is a tertiary discussion about why people drive 15 year old domestic rustbuckets and the picture will be complete.

What is Walmart?
It's where your mama buys your Enfamil.

RE: why do people live in trailers?

im not trying to be offensive, just curious.

it is like buying a small car with seatbelts only, a 1989 geo metro.

it functions, but will get blown away in a strong wind. why would anyone willingfullly live in a geo metro?

It's cheap.
Some people are poor.
Other people are unambitious.
Quite a few are saving up for a beat Neon or 240D.
Most are simply living beyond their means.

RE: why do people live in trailers?

aww theyre not beaten.

be nice. i think theyre both pretty fancy cars to be honest. all automobiles amaze me.

i dont think a trailer is any cheaper than an apartment, dont they cost more?

a cinder block building is sturdier and cheaper.

I only know that a tornado and a hillbillie divorce are alot alike.

Either one, somebody's gonna lose a trailer.

But remember, god doesn't like trailers.
