Hehehe, you just don't see them much anymore, very nice.

I like what Janeane Garofalo says about Bush supporters: They are either dumb or cruel.
Yes well when that is all the plan the Dems can muster, they must slander the other side to appear worth the cotton they wear.

Tell me, what is the democrats plan for the future of this nation and it's foreign entanglements?

How dare the democrats give back what they have gotten. The nerve.

And you don't have to scrape it off when the new wanker is in office.[:)]
LOL, I'm interested in how you say "wanker" in Alabama. Does it come out like, "waynker"?

(over here the "a" is short, like "banker")

The plan is pretty simple - stopping the use of murder as a tool of foreign policy.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

Funny, I thought my history book said that dems were in the White House when WW1, WW2, Korea and Viet Nam started....

Bottom line is they are both the exact same and they both suck.

I would also submit that xenophobia should probably be removed from the equasion as well.

Not a clue. The dearth of opposing ideas is really quite surprising. The Dems can't come up with a plan that makes all of their disparate constituency happy. When your base consists of feminists, minorities, unions and assortment of other unrelated interests, it is going to be tough to come up with a plan. Personally, I think they could take up the mantle of common sense since clearly the Repubs have abandoned it. Unions are dead, racial and gender equality is for the most part protected, so the raison d'etre (did I spell that right?) for these groups is over. Why defend late 3rd trimester abortions regardless of the circumstances when Doctors even say there is no medical justification for such? Why stake out such ideologically extreme ground, when the common sense ground has been completely vacated by the right?

Kinda reminds you of Marilyn Chambers in "Behind the Green Door" don't it. One in each hand and one in the mouth...
