RE: Well, Tom Delay, make my day!
Earle's son is running for office (State rep I believe) and the Republicans have vowed to beat him.
Earle is going down. There are witnesses to his misbehavior some of whom have already spoken out about it as evidenced by the questions in the subpoena.
It seems that Ronnie Earle cannot find the "key" piece of evidence he claimed he had when he brought the indictment. The key piece of evidence is the "list of donors who were supposed to get money" which was SUPPOSEDLY sent by TRIMPAC to DeLay along with that check for $ 190,000.
If he doesn't have the evidence he told the grand jury he had, did he not just perjur himself in front of a grand jury?
That also proves Tom DeLays claim of prosecutorial misconduct, which could lead to Ronnie Earle being indicted himself by a grand jury.
Oh, the irony of it all.
