In the 48 hours (two working days) that it took me to write those posts, we did 674 covers (people) at a check average of $46 per person. Factor in a 32% food cost, 19% liqour cost and a combined 14% labor cost. Comes to.........Well you love numbers so much, you figure it out. All I know is I'm being paid to drive you kookoo and when it comes down to it, isn't that what life is all about?

And this coming from someone who, by self admission, states he spends "12 hours a day at a twiddle my thumbs job". Check with the wife mate.

Psst heres a little tip. Hire people who are smarter and hungrier than yourself and life gets so much easier. Wife and I were in business together, she knows I need to be there and our relationship is as strong as ever, thanks for your genuine concern :^P

Hire people who are smarter and hungrier......so they can fiddle their thumbs for 14 hours a day? Or are you offering them a fish for the day and not teaching them to fish?

RE: 1933 Benz for sale

I started working at 15. Caught a lot of shit, literally got kicked in the ass by old, fat, German master chefs. On better days I was sent to the boiler room to get buckets of steam or to debone boneless fish. I'm grateful for every lousy moment and every $150 paycheck because it taught me how to deal with people. Now, smart hard working managers move up quick, thumb twiddlers go even quicker. There's only room for one. [:D]

You shouldn't feel too special though--it was only a few days ago that he was trolling Germanstar.

Hahaha! Your troll is a whore![:D]
