Who is to blame for response in N.O.?

I would like nothing better than to see this refuted, my bias notwithstanding, the finger of blame may not rest solely at the top.

RE: Who is to blame for response in N.O.?

LOL

It’s OEP fault. No one will believe it, because it is making the Democrats look bad. Did you know only Republicans make mistakes?

Quote:
President called Governor Blanco and pleaded with her to sign the request papers so the federal government and the military could
legally begin mobilization and call up. He was told that they didn't think it necessary for the federal government to be involved yet. After the President's final call to the governor she held meetings with her staff to discuss the political ramifications of bringing federal forces. It was decided that if they allowed federal assistance it would make it look as if
they had failed so it was agreed upon that the feds would not be invited in

The mayor's office for the previous 40 years.

The levee boards for the past 100 years.

The USACE for the past 150 years.

The people of NOLA for the past 300 years.

The NOPD for the past 2 weeks.

FEMA from the top to about 2/3 of the way down.

The top of every layer of local, state, and federal gov for the past 90 years.

You are wrong or at least posting on the wrong forum because in this forum everything is blamed on the administration. Oops! Actually that is wrong too it is solely the fault of the president of the United States because you see he is in charge and like any CEO of a company if the toilet is plugged or there is only decaf in the break room the CEO needs to go!
We haven't even begun to collect the bodies and yet we have these morons in this forum already politicizing the whole disaster.

I wish the President did have the power of a true CEO, because he could fire some of these worthless governors and politicians both Republicans and Democrats.

French.

So sly they are that they had planned it all along. Special mention for the evil dwarf Bonaparte who sold that useless waste to the U.S. so he could continue his European slaughtering parties.

I feel so miserable without you; its almost like having you here.

Of course THOSE people just brought it all on themselves. There cannot possibly be any governing factors.
