As much as KV and others delight in posting anti war rants in an effort to regain political power for the extreme left wing of the democrat party you should consider this;
The main stream of the democrat party would do exactly as mr Bush has done--stay the course. You don't see ANY of the presidential hopefuls running to Ms Sheehan's side for a photo op.
All you can hope to accomplish is to split the democrat party into tiny splinters. Keep up the good work.

Oh, by the way, Bush's poll number are up ( not tanking), and the military has met its recruiting goals, and the economy continues to perk along quite nicely, thank you very much.
--------------------
The dems will have no choice but to finish what bush has done. Thats why they will be elected into office. We will pull out and not stay the course.Thats why liberman isnt liked by most dems. Do you really think that the repubs have a chance in the 2006 election.What polls are you reading.

RE: Division among Democrats

I've been predicting a Hillary win since 2004 election. A few counties here and there and the electoral process goes here way. The press will lay down for her and ask no hard questions. She will accuse anyone who does ask hard questions of being part of the the right wing conspiracy.
I'm not happy with the prospect; but I think it will happen.

The next presidential election is a long way off. I say it is seriously up for grabs. The democrats have an economic advantage, the republicans have the media and smear tactics. Gonna be close.

Again, what polls are your reading? I understand the military met it's recruitment goals because they lowered them by 80+%. [8)]
