It will be interesting to hear those who now praise the special proscecutor, should he decline to indict Rove.
I may have to remind you all how highly regarded he is by you at this point in time.
They don't give a damned about guilt or innocence of Mr Rove. They just want to take him down. That's okay with me, everybody should have a hobby that motivates them. Just don't confuse it with justice.
The prosecutor said a long time ago that Rove isn't a target of investigation. That sure as heck doesn't sound like any indictment I've ever heard of.
So it's not Rove.
Miller is in jail. She, like the prosecutor, has a good rep for honesty and thoroughness. Rove has already been marginally (but not legally) implicated by Cooper, so why would Miller keep quiet now?
Maybe because Miller is still protecting somebody important who has not been publicly implicated and the prosecutor suspects who it is and needs her testimony.
It's got to be somebody who knows the inside of the CIA. Probably with whom Miller has a long-standing informational relationship.
It's got to be somebody very important to national security (maybe unknown to everybody else).
It must be connected with the story that Miller did NOT publish.
Wonder what that was and why she didn't publish it.
