RE: 300SE fuel pump relay-location??
All you need to do to confirm fuel pump relay is getting voltage is turn key to position II and see if one of the pins receives voltage, when key is turned to pos II. On the fuel pump relay pin connector housing (the plug that the fuel pump relay sits in) there should be ground, constant +12v, 12V with ignition.
If ECU is faulty, then fuel pump relay connector plug will have no +12V when key is pos II.
Finally, your car is a 1992, so fuel pump relay is in front of brake booster and it's the one with 'kickdown' written on it. On pre 09/85 w126 models, the fuel pump relay was housed inside the fusebox.
