Hmm, let's check the Book of Exodus . . . 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'

Or Leviticus . . . Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the Lord your God.
Speaking of which, what happened to Brian ? Was showing the almighty in delicto in the Levitcal laws? Is that Brian's house in the picture?

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

I wonder if the Jesus doll is "anatomically" complete? Maybe they're making it "gender neutral", so as not to piss off the sex sensitive crowd. On the other hand making Jesus a eunuch somehow is just wrong.

I'm with MTI on this. If they believe in the literal words of the ten commandments, they should refrain from making graven images for worship. Unless they think it only applies to golden calves.....

this is an example of how some folks make Christianity look trite.
