"The bill states a person is not 21 years of age until 8 a.m. the next morning"
This gave me an idea!
I am currently redacting a proposal for a bill that would limit the speed of light to 35mph in residential areas.
My second bill will aim at preventing (in residential areas) air to carry sound after 10:00 PM, all the way to 7:00 AM the next morning, plus no sound on Sunday, I'm tired of waking up at 11:00 AM on Sundays, to the sound of the nearest church bells, I work hard to deserve to not have feelings of guilt!
Dura Lex, Sed Lex!
BTW, no person ever is 21 y.o.a. until 8:00 AM? Regardless of age? It seems unfair that people born on leap years would not have to wait less than 8:00 AM! Unless they were born on the 29th of Feb. in which case it seesm unfair they should not wait longer than 8:00 AM!
