RE: What's on your wrist?

Before I got the Timex, I had a Red Chinese watch that I bought in France. It worked right up to when it didn't. It was that reliable.

Omega Seamaster.

Bought in Zermatt, Switzerland in 1984 while backpacking throughout Europe. Looks great and runs like a charm.

RE: What's on your wrist?

Seiko Kinetic Titanium Mens. It has a cool permanent magnet generator movement that charges a capacitor. I develop large permanent magnet motors and generators so it appealed to me. I am on my second one. I gave one away in Trieste, Italy under dubious circumstances. But I replaced it with the same watch. Titatium and my skin get along whereas many other watch materials cause irritation. Jim

Seiko Kinetic Titanium for everyday as well. The fact that I'll never have to change the battery on this rules. Looking to buy a nice dress watch, but not sure what yet.
