Now the Liberals who supported Saddam and wanted to keep him in power (why?) now have serious egg on their face.
If 100,000 dead Iraqis had also voted, I'd heartily agree.
Are you aware that number is roughly 5% of what the beloved Saddam Hussein is responsible for?
And how many of those 5% were directly related to the insurgency which, if they take thier lessons of warfare from history, have been encouraged to "hang in there" by the naysayers.

Oh, so we're there for humanitarian reasons, protecting people who were apparently under our clandestine authority. That's what the 100,000 dead bodies are for. GW should have said so -- now I get it. And, yes most of them are my fault because I was doing something most Americans weren't when this shameful invasion was concocted in the first place -- paying attention. Of course many of these deaths could have been averted had I done my civic duty and kept my mouth shut -- I'll take the heat -- it's mostly my fault. Well, don't worry, az, the way things are going, I won't be allowed to voice subversive opinions before long. I'll probably wind up in a cell next to Jose Padilla.

Actually G I like to read your posts about these things. I was referring to the more promenant(sp) members of, say, congress and the media. Not that your opinion is less valuable than thiers, rather, they have a generally larger podium than you.

Seriously, how is it that you won't be allowed to voice your opinion anymore?

It could happen quite easily -- a minor expansion of the Patriot Act should get it done...

C'mon Bot -- that's no fair. It would be like letting Sammy Sosa play in a little league game.
