I agree with you KV, however, we tried to get Shrub out and failed, what can we do now? Just wait it out?
The only option is to make your views known at every opportunity (even though you might find your patriotism, intelligence and humanity being questioned) unless anyone has any other bright ideas.
When democracy fails, street protest and all other forms of protest are the only avenues open.
The real key is the next mid-term elections. Shrub gets away with this because the Senate is not doing its duty to hold the executive branch accountable, and to investigate its activities so that even blow jobs see the light of day. Anyone who wants this to stop should work hard to kick out Republican Senators in their state.
