Sweetwater? That's a real shithole! Like 100% latino, most of the criminals involved in petty theft and burglary in Dade live in Sweetwater. I just sold my place in Hallandale, and moved all the way to Naples, (Bonita Springs).

If you need me to torture him, just let me know!

RE: Aggravating neighbor...

It almost 100% latino(as am I) but it seems like a whole lot of low-income dirtbags live there, who are intermingled with the retired folks and it is really messed up.

On weekends when all those manual farm labor folks get a little drink on, it get's ugly.

Anyway, I'm thinking about parking one of my vans on his lawn tomorrow aftrenoon to see if he get's the message.

Thanks

Document everything. Call the mayor and complain. Tell him you expect the police to abide by the same laws as everyone else. If this fails go the state or even federal authorities.

Find outwhere he works and call his commanding officer and explain your problem and don't forget to say you really don't want to take this further but if it continues you will.

I agree, cops cover their own no matter how much the cop is liked, take pictures and movies of his party. remember, he may have friends in the regestry, that is the way it works in Mass. remember, he has more resorces than you. as far as the party, set off stink bombs when he has parties. childish, yes, but there is always a way to piss off someone sometimes its just small things but very effective.

You could ask him nicely and see if he appologizes and makes things right. If he doesnt there are a number of really good things u can do. Start by putting thermite on the hood of his car.... It will burn all the way through the engin block. Paint your yard if there is a car in the way 2 bad!

if all fails propane tank under car stand about a block away and shoot it

ASP Pulley Kit, Valentine One Radar Detector Hardwire, Momo Shift Knob, Huber Optic Tint, Vario Roof Commander, Cross Driller Rotors, Porterfield Powderless Brake Pads.

RE: Aggravating neighbor...

Please excuse me in that I haven't read all the posts here yet. Picture it in other settings such as road rage, fights at Pistons' games, and all the rest. IT IS THE ISSUE OF OUR TIME. (Some) People are pissed and it is a vicious circle.

Today I made an hour-long cassette tape of my neighbor's "wind chimes," in my living room, with all the doors and windows closed. I have taken pictures of the STREETLIGHT they have erected that shines into my house and virtually all the way across a half-acre lot. They are going down.

This is all in an idyllic place. The grass is still green! The sun shines almost every day...

The only solution? We are going to court. Something that'll at least help me along the way? I'm writing it all down. Very, very much a work in progress: www.EvergreenBlog.com.

RE: Aggravating neighbor...

Officers of the law are not exactly my favorite people no matter which country I'm in, that's why I have my own security.

If I was in your place I would probably have had a few confrontations already. In fact the people who just moved in above me leaned not to blast their music at 11:00pm with some light tenderizing. (Normally my staff is not that violent but my pregnant wife is due any day, so the orders are strictly enforced).

You want to have a good laugh set off a whole load of smoke bombs and place alot of stink bombs strategicly around the outside of your neighbours house. As soon as the come out to see what is going on,.. BAM. Also for a cheap fix to the "parking on the lawn" problem,.. get a few garden knomes and place them at the edge, or better yet use barbed wire - it's always fun.

Back home I had an air raid siren hooked up to a 24V motor so that if ever a neighbour went a little too far with the noise i'd just have to flip a switch to get his attention. Only used it once[:(!]

I don't ever want to be "that guy" who I always used to hate, you know the guy who is a little too PC and anally retentive,... but now I'm a little older and a little less intoxicated,... I would hate to have to kick my own ass!!

BTW - TIKKET that shit was so funny, I'm going to try some of those things once someone gives me a reason.

I have a unique form of payback. Get out a yellow pages and go to work.

1. Call every limo service and send limos immediately. Make sure you tell them you are a cop and need to get to the airport right away.

2. Call every asphalt company, tell them you are a cop and need your driveway redone right away.

3. Every pizza delivery service, order a few pizzas from every pizza joint you can find. Make sure you tell them you are a cop.

It gets really crazy. I did this religiously for about a week. Violence between the vendors and the neighbors ensued on several occasions.

Electric, gas company, decorators, taxis, painters, plasterers, plumbers, electricians, remodelers.

It left me in stitches, and my neighbor in a shambles.
This sounds very interesting. I would love to sit back and watch each of these come and go. One question, is there a way that these services could trace back the calls to you?
