Our long national nightmare continues...

Start visuallizing a new chief justice for SCOTUS AND the continuation of deficit exploding imperial abominations from here on out...my profound apologies to the world community.

RE: Feeling Pollish

As I stated once before there was no way the American voters would remove a president from office during what they perceive as a time of crisis. Even during times of “non-crisis it has only happened three times in the last 72 years.

Zeitgeist = Even though Kirk and I disagree on virtually everything, it is evident that he truly loves his country. All of your posts seem to be posted by Jacques Chirac himself.

You've been asked this before, and you never respond. I'll ask you myself, why do you hate the U.S. so much?

I'd like to turn you into a human pinata, and beat you until hard candy begins to fall!!

RE: Feeling Pollish

Ultimately we all have a duty in a democracy - to make our voices heard. We can do it a variety of ways, and at different volumes. We should congratulate oursleves. We have all done our part and our duty as citizens of a democracy -we have debated, put our best facts forward and attempted to win others over to our views, and then in the end, we voted. This country has spoken and we have all had our chance to play our part, and now it is simply time to accept the will of the people. Although I am deeply disappointed in the results, for the next two years there will be little that can be done about them. Although I believe this country will pay a bitter price for the road we are about to embark on, those who wish us to follow this road have earned their right to pursue the path.

RE: Feeling Pollish

One can only wonder how the election would have come out if Kerry had campaigned on his positives instead of Bushs negatives. I suspect Kerry could have won handily. It is quite apparent that just hating Bush was not a good campaign strategy. Maybe the Demos will figure his out....... or not.
