Drew, Show Me The Money.
You suggested in an email to me that perhaps your Spam Filter or some other technological glitch prevented my email from getting through to you. Since I've received no response to my emails of 10/11 and 9/21, I'll stop wasting my time with email and go "public" with this.
During May 2004, I purchased a NAV antenna and splitter from you for $420. As mentioned in my threads here at BenzWorld, the coax to the roof is open somewhere. So, I installed an Alpine dashtop antenna instead, and returned the parts to you, in their original packaging, on May 28, 2004. Although no "return policy" was ever stated or discussed, I assumed you would refund my money, based on the way you have conducted business in the past, or at the very least swap out for something else of equal value.
In the subsequent (almost) five months, I have emailed you repeatedly. You have repeatedly assured me that you would take action. In your most recent email of September 9, 2004, you stated "I'll figure things out and get back to you ASAP". That was six weeks ago.
Drew, where I'm from, six weeks doesn't qualify as "ASAP".
Please refund $420 to me today.
And, to all you other readers, we all know that conducting business on the internet is risky. However, IMHO, Drew and Frank should be held to a higher standard. Based on my experience, I'd recommend against doing any sort of business with Drew until this is resolved.
P.S. Please don't delete this thread. It will only make matters worse.
