I get your point and agree that there should be no type of "litmus" test or something like that to determine if someone is well informed enough to make a decision on who should be president. Who's to say what is informed or not?
Regardless, it's too bad that many will make their decision on what most would agree are meaningless details. Factors such as a person's looks come to mind.
