A vote for Kerry is a vote for his wife

Who do you think wears the "pants" in that marriage?

My guess is Theresa HEINZ-Kerry.

Is she going to be another Hillary?? She'll tell him how to run the country if "they're" elected.

If Kerry is elected: "Sorry John, but Theresa says she wants to be Vice President so you'll need to leave."

If Bush is elected: "Sorry John, but I want a divorce (you losin sap) and I want you to leave."

Not sure I see a problem. If you are trying to draw a parallel to the Clintons, even though I disagreed with Clinton on a number of issues, he had a solid presidency, Hillary or no.

Who do you want for a presidential wife? A women that looks fawningly at her husband and spearheads kindergarten reading programs?
Teresa Heinz stikes me as a very interesting women. Thoughtful, gutsy, not willing to be pushed around with the expection that she be considered an equal. What more could a man want in a woman?

That all depends -- see "Fundamentalisms" thread.

Hey Laura Bush is no pushover. Her high school boyfriend dumped her.

And she killed him.

Theresa's a nut and that voice is so annoying. I love how she calls her self an African American. I know it's literal with her, but come one, please! The funniest thing I've seen her do so far was the "unAmerican" quote thing, minutes before she called out "unAmerican" then denied it. Funny stuff.

A very solid eight years of ingnoring the fact that this nation was under attack.
1) The first WTC bombing
2) A few months after the first WTC bombing
one of those peace loving muslims stood outside
CIA headquarters and machine gunned people as they
came to work.
3) The Khobar Towers bombing in Saudia Arabia
4) The twin embassy bombings in Africa.
5) The USS Cole bombing.
6) A plot by Saddam Hussein to kill a former Pres.

And through all that The total sum of Clintons response was to bomb an asprin factory in the Sudan, Bomb Saddams intelligence headquarters (in the middle of the night so as not to actually hurt anyone), and last but not least...launch twenty cruise missles at Afganistan on the day Monica Lewinsky testified. I sure Bill did'nt have any alterior motives there did he. Thank god we finally have a president who relizes we're at war and have been at war for several years now.

Yep, eight solid years.

Read Richard Clarke's book "Against all Enemies". You might find his account of the differences between the Bush and Clinton administrations' policies interesting. You are being rather glib about the subject, but Clinton took terrorism a whole lot more seriously than Bush.

Typical Republican strategy. War is lost. Economy is bankrupt. Oil is at 50$ a barrell. Unemployment is up again this month. So..... lets talk about THE CLINTONS!
