Abu Grahib, I have not heard of any women, or men for that matter, being mamed and raped. Is this just another fact that you keep next to those numbers or do you have some credable link?
Then you haven't heard. Even the US admits to servicemen fondling, raping and violating women inmates.
Read it and weep. Remember to be DAMN PROUD of your servicemen while you read this...
The US has not addmitted the servicemen raped anyone. It may have happened, but even according to your left-wing source it was never admitted. But it was proven and admitted that Jessica Lynch was raped...

And I know you guys don't want to hear this, but thank Clinton for failing to recognize the need for more human intellegence.
How about a President that spent the 8 months prior to Sept 11th spending 42% of his time on vacations. Seemed that human intelligence is something he didn't wanna spend time on. Then again, I can't blame Bush. You need human intelligence to understand the need for human intelligence.
Most of the 42% was spent at Camp David in meeting with other government members and foriegn heads of state. It's been discussed before and proven before.
But keep on twisting the truth - a true "Kerryism".

Ummm......did you read the article you offered in support of your statement. I did. When you stated that "Even the US admits to servicemen fondling, raping and violating women inmates." I figured it was important to see who was saying that. Funny thing...the article you linked does NOT say that. The 'NewStandard' website is a group of anti war rhetoric articles - all written by the same 'Chris Shumway' apparently, and by the looks of it, it's being produced in his dorm room between bong hits. But even this journalist who makes reference to 6 or 7 IRAQI attorneys who claim they have interviewed several female Iraqi prisoners who claim they were raped stops short of claiming that the US knows about rapes. He says the Pentagon is aware of allegations. That doesn't mean anything. Consider the source. I don't know if I give any credence to these supposed female prisoners nor do I know if I believe these attorney's, nor do I know if 'Chris' just thought it all up to impress his girlfried. There are no sources given. What is your problem with mainstream news sources? Oh wait - there in on it too. My bad, I forgot.

Here it is for your reading pleasure....I guess you didn't read it all....
The Pentagon has acknowledged, in an internal report by Army Major General Antonio Taguba, that US soldiers videotaped and photographed naked female detainees at Abu Ghraib. Photographs taken by US soldiers and shown to members of Congress, but not yet made public, reportedly depict at least one Iraqi woman being forced at gunpoint to show her breasts.

Uhm...sorry...never happened...no proof either...
Amazingly she makes such a claim ONLY after she agrees to a million-dollar book deal....

Your arguements have more holes in it than a colander!! You right-wingers always use shady or non-existant evidence to prove everything don't you??
Yet again, where is the source of this statement. Or is "Chris" good enough for you. Also the leap from photographing to raping is a pretty big one. Were the soldiers taking the photos (if it's true) male or female. What was the purpose? Was the woman forced to show her breast being strip searched at the time as part of prison SOP? By a female guard?
And who are you calling a "right winger"? And you are the one using blatantly "shady or non-existant evidence". You've done little to conceal your racist and misogynistic views. Now you're trying to call me a right winger and lump me in with an obviously negative connotation. I'm actually embarrassed for you. Do you realize what a fool you look like?

Here it is ... as it seems some people here have a HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING & READING ENGLISH....
And I quote....
...several human rights groups and Pentagon investigators indicating US military personnel have raped and sexually abused Iraqi women held at Abu Ghraib prison and other detention facilities
If you need help with the hard-to-understand words, I minored in English at college. I can help you spell out the words if you like. Just PM me offline.
If I put a gun against you mother's head and told her to show off her boobs...what would you call that??
Red Cross says it happened. The victims say it happened. My God man!! What more proof do you need??
It is not clear, however, exactly how many women the US and its allies have detained since the invasion last year. According to the International Committee of the Red Cross, 30 Iraqi women were housed in Abu Ghraib last October. That number was reduced to five last month, and finally to zero as of May 29, according to the military.
This excerpt from your article is the only mention of the Red Cross. Apparently all the Red Cross is saying is that they counted 30 women. You're not a terribly good debater.
