Just joined with a 1988 300E - Benzworld.org - Mercedes-Benz Discussion Forum

I have just bought a real gem of a 1988 300E, It has been maintained as per the service book for all of its 285,000Km and there are are no real hassles with the car.
It has a Clarion ARX 3371 tape/cd/radio combo but despite all my efforts I can't get the right buttons or combination of buttons to re set the time!
I have checked out several web sites that give up to 5 methods to try, but none work. Thank goodness the dash clock works fine.
Although I do have other cars including a 1947 Ford convertible, I do love the pop-up sun roof on this car.

x124, the best E-class ever made, I believe.

One thing is it does not have the best A/C for warmer areas.
