SL R129 transformed into SLR - Benzworld.org

I just found an auction on Ebay Germany offering a SL R129 that is transformed into the SLR from the front and SL R230 from behind. The starting price is at 42000 Euro. I'm gonna let the photos speak for themselves. What do you all think about that???

From the front, it looks like it needs a nose job. Very Ugly [xx(].
From behind, it's not that bad.

personally, i would go for it. This car costs over 750,000 $ in my country... while doing it costs dunno 50,000 $ or less. on the other hand my SL costs around 30,000 $, so why not give it a try[}:)]

Actually they did,... if you look closely you'll see that all of those cars are in fact R129s, NOT R230 SLs.

I don't like it either, the lines don't match up, they never change the doors or lower body mouldings on these conversions!!!
