I know some tire testing took place Paul Ricard Circuit had some tire testing done there this year, but it is gone is is Magny Cours since 2008.

For a country with such a rich racing history I am sure the French would love to have an F1 race.

It has also been a long time since the cars ran at Watkins Glen. It is been totally repaved and had numerous safety updates.

The Indy Race at the 4 mile Road America track brought out over 100,000 spectators. If a track in a very rural area can attract that many fans for Indy racing I would like to think that Watkins Glen could also do that or more for an F1 race.
