It is like that track was built for Hamilton. Over .5 of a second faster than Rosberg.

The look on Rosberg's face during the post qualification interviews said it all. He appeared very dismayed and seemed lost.

WOLFF: WE DID NOT DESERVE TO BE ON THE PODIUM IN HUNGARY

Wolff: We did not deserve to be on the podium in Hungary | GRAND PRIX 247

Wasn't there recently a check by FIA for hidden launch assists?
This coincided with restrictions on clutch mapping for starts.

It was amazing to see the Ferraris just blow by the Mercedes cars as the lights went out.

Nico screwed himself by trying to get by Riccardo. The self inflicted wound may have cost him the championship. Hamilton got darn lucky to actually extend his points lead.

Toto is right. The MB team had what many are saying is there worst showing since the start of the 2014 season.

The summer break will get things back in order, but it will also give much needed rest to the teams that are getting closer to MB's race pace.

Lots of races left and I think it will be a good second half of the season. IMO I think the silver arrows are still the cars to beat, but that is why they race on Sunday.
After Saturday it look like a certain victory for MB based on Hamilton's qualifying and they floundered by their standards.

Interesting to watch the season progress. Ferrari surprise , Mercedes dominate, Renault engine finally finding horsepower , Williams falling back, crowds still down. McLaren stuck with Honda, but still getting their 100 million per season slice of the pie.

Flosshilde 90/420se daily drive.
Goldi 83/500sec in resto on historic club plates, pretty much finished. Loving the power.
Polly,1955 220a Ponton,so old and cool, light resto.
Snowy 72/BMW 2002 Soon to be painted then sold.

The Red Bull chassis is very good, but the engine is still down on power
