The thing about MS for me was that he always acknowledged his team first. And he celebrated with them. I don't think it was even in his thinking that the team and himself were seperate identities. Let's face it - MS could sign a $$$$$$ contract with any other team and just cruise and collect. But he chooses a consultancy role at Ferrari (ceremonial surely??) instead.
That is what made the Ferrari revival special to watch. The relationships between Shcumacher, Todt and Brawn were so obviously much deeper than signatures on a piece of paper.
And so it is with Lewis Hamilton and Ron Dennis I think. But Alosno and Dennis? The $$ and the contract is all they have in common. And they both know it and act like it.
