Turbo Engine Monitoring Display

I’m thinking of getting an engine management system in the car to monitor everything . . . What’s the most popular and easiest to program? Motec, DFI, Haltech, Apex, Greddy, HKS or Apex system . . . and should I use their own display or get a Stack Display?

It depends on many factors, including what car you have, what systems you really want to monitor, whether you want to have real time monitoring or data acquisition for garage tuning or if you want to replace or piggyback your ECU for advanced on-the-fly tuning options.

First thing I would do is check with all the aftermarket manufacturers and see who has a base line setup that covers your particular car. That eliminates much of the initial tune up as you move from shrink wrapped box to flashing lights in an operating state.

After that, it depends on what your expectations and plans are.
