In 82 I was visiting the U.S. and staying with friends in Brentwood, CA.
We all went to the Long Beach GP. It was a good race with Lauda winning, and later World champion Keke Rosberg (Nico's Dad) finishing second.
Long Beach is a temporary race track on City streets with concrete barriers and no runoff areas.
IMOP, the chances to get this track sanctioned by the FIA are about zero to none.
I would love to have a F-1 race close by, like Robbo55 being close to your Albert Park track.
