Alonso's great if he's not under pressure and if the whole team favours him...it seems to me he can't handle mind games with hamilton atm and he's trying way too hard..

Yes, Alonso does seem to be over-driving doesn't he?

I don't get it. To me the only pressure from Hamilton is that he is consistent on the track. But so was Fisichella at Renault. Maybe Alonso needs other latin temperaments (as he had in Flavio at Renault) around to help him settle. Perhaps the cold, analytical and unemotional approach of McLaren makes him feel more pressured.

He had some great recovery from his mistakes in France though. He sure knows car control.

as much as i like fisi i dont think he's on a level with hamilton and alonso...alonso's never had a teammate as good as lewis...i wouldnt be suprised if alonso leave mclaren next year if he doesnt win a chamiponship...

surely alonso doesn't expect to win the championship every year. there isn't ANY team that can deliver that - not even Ferrari.
