No offence intended, I personally like the Germans ...and their cars ..and their beer ..and your posts.

The thread was about Schumacher whom has undeniably exhibited bad sportmanship several times and gotten away with it, inexcusible at his level of driving skill.

As he is a public figure and has about $500 Million, I reserve the right to abuse 'him' anyway I see fit for his puerile behaviour.

Yes, but Teutone is also right, he put forth historically correct points and we have no right to offend him.

There are plenty of famous Americans, English and New Zealanders et al, who've held themselves up for ridicule and subsequently their countrymen have been slandered.
Where-as the English will always exhibit a certain literal wit through this, the Germans, a noble industrious race, remain sensitive, not with-out good reason as their story has been supressed.

I watched the thing on TV, and it looked quite obvious. Even though, I have a hard time to understand, how an smart guy like Schumacher could do something like this, and believe to get away with it. He had a lock on second. One would have to be either delusional, have an IQ not far removed from being a rock, or have a Pink Floyd like 'momentary lapse of reason.' Also, I do not mind getting some of my compatriots called idiots, especially if they are the loud and obnoxious kind. No country has cornered the market on idiots, they are everywhere. I am familiar with the music industry. I can tell you that some of the artists who wrote many of the most soulful and romantic songs we know of, are neither very sensitive, compassionate or romantic, but are total pricks. That does not keep me from admiring their talent and respect their craft. Cheerio, Teutone (aka Horst K)

Safety car helped. There were also 2 retirements from top 3. (Webber & Kimi)

Don't forget that the Nazi jackbooted his way into Jacques Villeneuve
a year or two later to try and steal another championship. Bad sportsmanship.

You would think that selfish kraut prick would have more brains and generosity after 7 world championships.

That was a disgusting remark mate.

Not so your opinion but the words chosen.

Do you assume he is pro-Nazi and called him a kraut prick because he is German?

Renault and Flavio Briatore reportedly tried to hire Schumacher for next season, and found he had already re signed with Ferrari for 2008.
