JP & Kimi

If Kimi can hold his Finlandia, McLaren takes the Constructor's 2005. Anything from Montoya is a bonus. JP is just getting the handle on McLaren tech. Anyone care to partake in a gentlemanly wager?
Congrats Kimi...JP is right there. Look out.

RE: JP & Kimi

JP is an idiot, I like the way he races but the guy needs to make use of his brain. Driving out of the pits ignoring a red light is just a ghastly error. No wonder he is in Mclaren's doghouse.

Even if he didn't get the black flag, he passed a few cars after exiting the pitlane under Safety Car and would have been penalised there. He weaved by Coulthard and took a few others because he was right behind Kimi before the Safety Car came back into the pits. Seeing that he illegally passed two or three cars during safety car period and ran the redlight, the FIA had to black flag him. I suppose they could have given him 3 or 4 stop-and-go penalties, but it would have been no points for JPM regardless.

Speaking of safety cars, I love that SLK with the FIA stickers on it. These safety cars today are awesome. Remember about 10-years ago when the Safety Car used to be a Fiat with 150-HP?

I thought about going to the Cdn. GP. Been there a few times. But F1 has lost me with their dumb rule changes. The engine rule, tyre rule and aggregate silly qualifying have ruined the spectacle. The tyre rule particular saves little money and is potentially dangerous, perhaps catastrophic.

That's the best part of GP. If everything stays the same, might as well watch NASCAR.

I don't want to see changes just for the sake of changes. The qualifying rule is stupid, 12-lap qualifying free-for-all with all cars on track in the last minute was much more exciting.

I am all for changes that improve racing, which the current changes don't do. They should go back to slick tyres and full manual gearbox.

RE: JP & Kimi

JP is really showing everybody nowadays how he is made of, maybe he is getting the feel of the mclaren beast!from the 20th and then 2nd, I believed those moves were made by a former champion. To kimi bad luck, car gave way, wish it was a 1 and 3 mclaren finished.

RE: JP & Kimi

You can actually vote what kind of qualifying you want for next year on F1 website.
I like the tyre changing back into pit stop strategy. Change engine every week or everyday, if you have the money to be in F1 you can afford it, I don't see teams crying for money.
Less aero grip and more mechanical grip.
JP is an excellent driver and he showed it today. Kimi has bad luck.
Go Alonso!!!

FOUR WHEELING IN STYLE. THE LEGEND CONTINUES.

WHAT'S NEXT MBUSA?
