Bad Experience with New-Parts.com
I ordered two Meyle front wheel bearing kits for my 2007 E320 Bluetec, using the vendor's web page which showed the correct number for the bearing kit, with the correct hub seals. The email with the paid invoice I received even showed the correct part number.
What I received was two front wheel kits with completely different kit part numbers and both wheel seals that were not the correct ones. When I emailed support I was told that the parts sent "would work". Each Meyle box I received had the box seal broken.
I went to my Mercedes dealership and bought one seal and asked New-Parts to send the other correct seal. I received it yesterday, 20 days after I placed my order.
I would never order from New-Parts.com again and I would highly suggest anyone needed parts to steer clear of these guys.
They still owe me $15 for the one seal which I still have to see if I can retrieve.
Does anyone recognize the seal/insert on the right?
