Unhappy Almost got my rim stolen in San Jose...

Hi, I have a 2000 MB clk320 with customized rim. Last week someone was trying to steal them for they've already pop out the two hole which to pump the car up. Is there any suggestions how to prevent them or at least make then even harder to think about stealing my rim? Thanks.

As MackBenz123 suggests, get some Wheel Locks. I've used McGard for years on every one of my vehicles. They go on the day I take delivery.

BMW actually sells a rather effective wheel lock set if you are looking for something a little more inexpensive just check out your local automotive store ... lordco or something like that. They will sell you a nice set of wheel locks as well

were your rims worth more than $300 (each)? I was wondering how expensive rims they would steal, or any aftermarket rims?

Suggestions? what do you think would be a good idea?
this is painfully obvious what your choices are lol

1. lose your rims
2. wheel locks
3. alarm
4. ditch the rims for cheaper ones

Wheel locks would be cheapest and easiest solution.

mcGard or anything similar is completely useless, there are such a thing as a striped lug nut removal tool set, sold by most tool brands, it allows you remove any wheel locks quicker then owner of car can find lock socket somewhere in a trunk and give it to you.
