W123 Crash

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if this has ever been posted - had a quick search and couldn't find it so though that I would do the honors!

This is a link to a youtube clip. It is an advert made by Mercedes Benz in South Africa and it is a recreation of an event which actually happened. It was all over the papers when I was younger as no-one could believe that the guy survived.

This is incredibly reassuring. Two of my cars are W123 diesels. Videos like this make me feel more comfortable than I ever would in a newer car even without the airbags and fancy technology.
