damn. Glad to see you are alive man. That particular model of the C class is not very safe compared to older Mercedes but glad to see you survived that nasty crash. Car looks burnt...was there a car fire? Rule number 1. Never let anyone drive you away from a party. I trust my driving to myself and myself only. If tired then sleep over.

I would assume that your friend were kind enough to carry you to the car but not kind enough to buckle you up .

The car could be the safest car in the world but unless you are properly restained none of the other safety features will be of much use. Cars are designed to protect upright buckled passengers.

Hopefully you will make a full recovery and if she can stay by you side through this you dont need her.
