the truck is a 4x2 MB Actros 1844 (440hp)

but also can be 1846 (460hp), 1848 (480hp), 1851 (510hp), 1855 (550hp) or 1860 (600hp)

the 6x2 MB Actros are 2544, 2546, 2548, 2551 & 2555

the 6x4 MB Actros are 2644, 2646, 2648, 2651 & 2655 OR 3344, 3346, 3348, 3351 & 3355

as the last 2 numbers in nameing = hp * 10

the 1st 1 or 2 numbers are the ~ payload in metric tonnes, 18 = 18t, 25 = 25t, 26 = 26t, 33 = 33t, the train weight as a semi is ~>44t for the 18/25/26 but the 33 is ~>120t train weight

MB has been using this numbering for decades... I remember an old friend's dad using 2626 kippers for his business back in the 80s. Mannnn the V8s in these trucks were LOUD .
