Personally I think it should be phrased: morons can't drive.
I don't care where it was, that was an accident waiting to happen. The video is pretty intense, though. 200 KPH on a four lane two-way undivided highway with moderate to light traffic is nothing short of insane.

thats a messed up thing to say. i mean, where is your information? what proof do you have?!
lol. just playing with you. i have a personal problem with russians. so my answer is biased, but i hate them all. yes, i said all. ive been hassled by soo many of them. so i say firmly: all.
but, i knew one russian dude who drove really, really good. so maybe that was just an anomaly...
So just because you have personal problems with Russians, you have to dislike them all? Or because they caused a big accident?
For the record, not only Russians cause these kind of accidents, but any moron on the road can.
Do you have proof Russians can't drive?
So you saw/read about this accident and Russians were the cause of it. I agree, they are morons and stupid for doing this.
I'm sure you can find millions of other videos and stories like that, where Russians weren't the cause.
^^^^Do you consider yourself Russian, Ukrainian, or San Franciscan?
I wouldn't think they are necessarily the same thing. The Ukraine has not fared too well in its dealings with Russian in the last 100 years, to my mind.

I remember driving a car in St. Pete (or at least trying to take part of their crazy traffic. Not fun). My buddy up in Archangelsk managed to drive over 70 MPH through their city centre. No wonder that the exhausts of his A6 were rattling quite a bit
