bmw drivers are pedal happy....i should know
range rovers seem to be the same but its their presence in your rear view mirror that makes you poo poo

audi are more company car uses

its those kids and their dumb hatch backs you have to worry about, you know the type....big tyres, loud music, windows down, loads of hair gel that clogs your air con as they drive past!

forget courteous, polite, respectful driving!

I drive on average 3 hrs a day, and that's not commuting, so I see a variety of driving habits, mistakes, conditions, etc.

there's only 1 thing that causes an accident: someone(usually) or something unexpected. Take any accident, and it would not have happened if the person or thing(deer?) took responsibility and did what was expected. Obviously the deer doesn't care for road safety....but anyway...

Which brings up my daily driving experience. A lot of things I see are people doing things that my state's driving manual says not to do. I think a lot of these people simply do not know how to merge alternately, merge at merge points, etc.

traffic laws are (or were in the beginning) in place to keep traffic running safely and efficiently. Period. That's it.

forget driving courteously, and drive safely and efficiently, in that order. If you're the first person at a red light, and it turns green, don't wave the guy across the street making a left in front of you. You have the right of way, don't do what's unexpected. Same goes if you are turning left on to a side street and there is a person there waiting to go left in front of you. Don't wave that person on and then go. That's unexpected. You have the right of way and waving that other driver on causes confusion. How many times have you been driving down the street and see a driver stop, go, stop, go in front of you? It's because people don't do what is expected of them.

BMW is my other ride. I guess that means I'm a "arrogant, finger snapping, head tossing jerk" Mercedes driver as well.

Funny to see how almost everybody think MB drivers are the best

First living in south Florida should qualify me for being in one of the worst places on the earth driving:surrende
If some saw the local news from Miami, on I95 they have made express lanes for 7 miles to get the trafic out of the city.
It is clearly marked, but still most floridians can't figure it out, it is also hard to figure out, they have big signs telling you that you cant exit before 7 miles and still people changes lane in and out between the devider causing one accident after the other...I know it is Florida

But to get to the point, MB are were I coem frm for people over 60 and driving with a soft hat, I don't say the MB are bad cars, but they are generally setup for old people.
BMW are set up as driver cars, and there fore naturally speeding in the eyes of MB drivers...

But hey that is how it goes, and I still love the comfort of my MB, can't find anything like it on the market
