06 S600 and G500 Armored
Talk about SAFE! DO you have an extra $140,00 *(each) sitting around?

cool pictures. thanks. the g wagen doesn't even need any extra armoring. that think looks as solid as a mountain.

Nice S-guard, but if I had this much money I would buy me an AMG instead [:D]

Just wondering, if S600 Guard look any different than normal S600?

RE: 06 S600 and G500 Armored
You can see what an RPG did to an armored Canadian Army G-500 on the G-wagen forum. Front is missing, but the rest of the truck is okay. Even the windshield is intact. The S-600 sedan would not appear any different, but if you put it on the scales you would find an extra 1,500 pounds with the doors, roof, floor, and glass adding to the weight.

You can read up about the older 2000 Guard S500 here -
http://www.thecarconnection.com/Auto...175.A1822.html .
The tech specs of the car are improved and the performance is not that much different from a regular S500 despite all the additional weight.
