When Planning to reincarnate the previous Maybach of the 1940's. Mercedes considered giving it the star but, reconsidered in 2001. Seeing as though Willhelm Maybash was one of the pioneers of Mercedes deemed this name worthy of the new flagship saloon of the Maybach Brand, and as a replacement to the S-Class Pullmans.

Yeah, the Maybach is longer than the S. It's a limo. It comes in the 57 and the 62. Interior isn't just any limosine, if you check out some of the pictures available it's like no other car. This isn't a car you rent for your Prom or Wedding, this is a car for the extremely wealthy business owner, and that's it. Each Maybach is custom built for its owner in Germany. There's around 2 million customizable features so that the car directly suits your needs and wants. The car isn't just yours, it represents you too.

I think Mercedes was smart to bring it back, although I'm sad they got rid of the Pullman.. that was a sweet car.

Photos

I've tried to pick some somewhat comprehensive photographs. Hopefully, these will give you the best idea of that this product stands for and what group it targets.

I was given the priveledge of carrying on the Maybach part of my career at home. Whigh unfortunately in the vast amounts of training garbage I have misplaced the photo CD. I will be in meetings for the next four days. But will be back and able to post on Monday. Until then, I have included some pictures that can be found with the likes of my personal cars in my photo gallery.
